At Vault REI, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
Estimated delivery time within the United States is 3–7 business days after processing.
We currently [do/do not] offer international shipping. If international, delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at acq.dispo.rep@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
